Program Overview
P&G offers a flagship internship program for promising current students who want to develop leadership skills.
The internship is based at the Jeddah Jameel Square office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The program is open to students regardless of their specific field of study.
Internship Experience
- Work on a live business project from the first day.
- Own, lead, and deliver the assigned business project.
- Receive formal training and day-to-day coaching from a manager.
- Interact with P&G employees across backgrounds, nationalities, and markets.
Qualifications
- Currently studying toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any major.
- Applicants must not have completed their bachelor’s degree studies.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- English and Arabic fluency are required.
Available Departments
Applicants may indicate interest in sales and commercial, marketing and media, supply network operations, finance and accounting, or human resources.
The program does not specify one department before the application preference is selected.
Compensation
- The internship provides a competitive monthly stipend.
- The experience is treated as paid learning with responsibility comparable to a full-time employee.
