Role Overview
Drive owner and hotel communications through engagement strategies aligned with the corporate agenda.
Support positive perceptions among internal and external audiences through communications, governance, campaigns, and events.
Engagement Strategy Planning
- Develop and refine engagement strategies for owners and hotels based on the overarching communications strategy.
- Institutionalize ways of working and governance mechanisms.
- Identify and use relevant channels to maximize reach and impact.
Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and lead communications campaigns to increase awareness, drive engagement, and cultivate positive perceptions.
- Support initiatives including the Owner Immersion Program and GM & Owner Summits.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Corporate and Brand Communications and cross-functional teams to deliver multiple business purposes through engagement.
- Position Owner & Hotel Communications as an advocacy touchpoint linking the company with hotels and owners.
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and executing communications strategies, preferably in hospitality, 4A, or multinational companies.
- Exceptional event and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
- Expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and data analytics is essential for tracking impact.
- Leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and a strong understanding of communications frameworks and reporting are vital.
