Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance, strategic direction, and brand alignment of one or more Hilton properties
- Collaborate with Hilton corporate and brand teams, reviewing operational and financial reports, and guiding property leadership to meet agreed performance goals
- Participate in key decisions related to capital improvements, service offerings, pricing strategies, and long term asset management
- Monitor occupancy and revenue trends, evaluate guest feedback, support marketing and sales initiatives, and foster a positive work environment
- Represent the property in local business, community, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen the hotel’s reputation and growth potential
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality ownership, hotel asset management, or senior level leadership in the lodging or real estate sector
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, investment analysis, and long term asset planning
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with brand, operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, local regulatory requirements in Dubai, and best practices in service quality and safety
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking and decision making skills, with a focus on sustainable growth, brand integrity, and risk management
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, travel as needed, and operate effectively in an international, multicultural environment
