- Excellent leadership, decision making, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of the Dubai and broader UAE real estate market, regulations, and compliance requirements, or willingness to quickly gain this knowledge
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with strong presentation abilities and comfort representing the company in high level discussions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in real estate or investment are an advantage
- High level of integrity, accountability, and resilience, with a focus on long term value creation and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and be available to respond quickly to operational, financial, or market related issues

Role Description
