About the Role
bnbme holiday homes seeks an Owner Acquisition Manager to drive growth by acquiring new property owners, managing broker relationships, and leading the SDR team in Dubai. Requires sales team management, lead generation, and real estate sales experience.

Responsibilities
- Drive conversion of leads to signed contracts across the acquisition pipeline
- Manage and coach the acquisition team — close rates, deal quality, and day to day performance
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and brokerages across Dubai
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through the broker network
- Design and run a gamified incentive structure to motivate brokers
- Manage the SDR team to generate a healthy, consistent lead volume
- Train and coach the SDR team on lead qualification
- Review marketing spend regularly against lead output
- Keep the CRM clean, current, and accurate
- Identify units suited for long term rental or sale and list them on Property Finder
- Manage the full journey from listing to close — viewings, pricing, and paperwork
Requirements
- Experience managing a sales team — coaching, performance management, and accountability
- Experience managing lead generation — pipeline building, SDR oversight, or similar
- Real estate sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Genuine, hands on use of AI tools beyond basic search
- Experience in owner acquisition within short term rentals (nice to have)

What You Will Own

Who We Are Looking For
- Required: Experience managing a sales team; experience managing lead generation; real estate sales experience; valid driver's license; hands on use of AI tools.
- Nice to Have: Experience in owner acquisition within short term rentals.
Location
- Dubai. Driver's license required for moving between meetings, viewings, and broker relationships.
