Overnight Sanitation Supervisor

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in sanitation, food production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety regulations, and sanitation best practices.
• Experience working in refrigerated or cold storage environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and motivate employees while maintaining accountability.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred.

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment maintained at approximately 34°F.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around moving machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Food processing or agricultural packing experience.
• Knowledge of fresh produce sanitation practices.
• Experience with audit preparation and corrective action plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
• Data entry and electronic recordkeeping

This position operates in a refrigerated blueberry packing warehouse where temperatures are maintained at approximately 34°F.

The environment includes exposure to moisture, cleaning chemicals, moving machinery, and production activities.

The Sanitation Supervisor must be able to effectively lead teams while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant facility.

Pay: $20-$25 hr Employment Type: Full-Time/ Year-Round Schedule: From 10:00 pm-7:00 am, Flexible; includes weekends.
