Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative

  • Prospecting: Energetic and motivated to get the right people on the phone to create buy in on Northlake Financial Services.
  • Dealer Engagement: Offer an exceptional client experience by providing support, the best client experience and connecting on a personal level.
  • Problem Solving: Listen, ask questions, and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer's shoes to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Act like an owner by taking accountability for issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the products offered by Northlake Financial.
  • Goal Achievement: Competitive and motivated to achieve and exceed the metrics assigned to you by your manager.

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative

  • MUST be located in the Calgary, Alberta area.
  • 3 5 years of related sales experience.
  • Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset.
  • Post Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset.
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory regularly.
  • Dexterous in using productivity tools and end user software including MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal.
  • Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000 annually.
