About the Role
NorthLake Financial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to service multiple auto dealers across Western Canada. The role involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and driving adoption of financing programs, with daily travel within Calgary and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Energetic and motivated to get the right people on the phone to create buy in on Northlake Financial Services
- Dealer Engagement: Offer an exceptional client experience by providing support and connecting on a personal level
- Problem Solving: Listen, ask questions, and lead with empathy to efficiently resolve issues
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of products offered and proactively recommend products to help achieve financial goals
- Goal Achievement: Competitive and motivated to achieve and exceed assigned metrics
Requirements
- Must be located in the Calgary, Alberta area
- 3 5 years of related sales experience
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory regularly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
- Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
- Post Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative
- MUST be located in the Calgary, Alberta area.
- 3 5 years of related sales experience.
- Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset.
- Post Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset.
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory regularly.
- Dexterous in using productivity tools and end user software including MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal.
- Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 annually.
