Storm damage is stressful for homeowners. We step in to bring clarity, confidence, and restoration.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Total year-one compensation potential: $60,000–$175,000, driven by commission on the insurance restoration and roofing projects you close. There's no ceiling — your income scales with the business you build in your territory.

• Generate your own leads — door-to-door, referrals, and community outreach in the Madison area

• Perform free roof inspections and identify storm and hail damage

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from first conversation to signed contract

• Hand off to our production team for a clean, quality-completed restoration

• Build a lasting book of business through repeat and referral clients

• Hands-on training — no roofing or sales experience required

• Proven field systems and scripts

• Marketing materials and technology to support your prospecting

• A production team that closes out every job cleanly, protecting your reputation with homeowners

• Real advancement paths into leadership as we grow our Wisconsin team

• Self-motivated and comfortable generating 100% of your own leads through door-to-door outreach

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders/roofs in all weather

• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with homeowners

• Background, motor vehicle, and drug screening required

• No experience necessary — veterans, career changers, and former athletes encouraged to apply
