Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative with Allegiant Business Group, you will work directly with business owners and employees within an assigned territory. This role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and ongoing client support. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
- Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options
- Support clients with enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions
- Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems
- Prospect new business through referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments
- Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals
- Track and report daily and weekly activity
- Training & Professional Development
- Structured onboarding and field-based training
- Ongoing product, compliance, and sales development education
- Licensing assistance for Health & Life general lines (expected within 90 days)

Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or 4 Years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently while following established systems
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
- Health & Life insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
