Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.

Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.

100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses.

On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.
