- Conduct daily field visits to prospect and open new accounts across target segments (bakeries, pastry shops, cafes, supermarkets, chocolate boutiques, HORECA clients)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with premium retail outlets, corporate clients, and luxury hospitality venues
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and tastings for high profile prospects
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of outdoor/field sales experience in F&B, FMCG, or chocolate/confectionery ingredients sector
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and passionate about luxury brand representation

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to prospect and open new accounts across target segments (e.g., bakeries, pastry shops, cafes, supermarkets, chocolate boutiques, and HORECA clients).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with premium retail outlets, corporate clients, and luxury hospitality venues.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring exceptional service that matches our brand's premium standard.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings for high profile prospects.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of outdoor/field sales experience, specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or chocolate/confectionery ingredients sector.
- Preferred Industry Backgrounds: Secondary if you have similar experience in the Chocolate industry
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Driving License and be willing to travel for client meetings.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Mindset: Self motivated, target oriented, and passionate about luxury brand representation.
