Role Description
- We are hiring Arabic Captains and Supervisors for the Outside Catering Department at Sheraton Grand Doha.
- This full time, on site role oversees daily service operations, ensures high hospitality standards, manages team performance, coordinates event setups, and supports guest satisfaction.
- The role works closely with kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service for all functions.
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality and guest service background

- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
