Role overview
Lead operations across four outlets: Matinee/Float pool bars, Sidekicks all-day dining, and Craft Services cafe.
Provide unified leadership across diverse outlet operations, including outdoor and pool environments.
Drive operational consistency, guest satisfaction, efficiency, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily outlet operations and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and outlet costs.
- Support upselling, sales performance, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments.
Minimum qualifications
- Proven Outlet Manager or similar experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel, or 2-3 years as an Assistant Manager.
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and ability to work flexible shifts.
- Hospitality training and additional languages are advantageous.
Operational environment
- The role includes managing outdoor environments and pool operations.
- The role requires oversight of multiple physical food and beverage outlets.
