Job Description
Manage daily operations for a hotel dining outlet while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Support service quality, team performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, and budgeting.
- Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide development opportunities and recognize achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
- Implement marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotions to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
- Lead hiring, conduct interviews, and train new team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
