Role Overview
TRIO is seeking a commercially driven Outlet Manager for its UAE café operations.
The role owns outlet P&L, sales, profitability, people, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.
The position suits a high-volume hospitality operator focused on improving operational performance and profitability.
Operational Leadership
- Lead daily operations across dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru, and aggregator or delivery channels.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations during high-volume peak periods.
- Own customer experience, service standards, and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop a large frontline team.
- Optimize manpower planning, scheduling, and team productivity.
Controls and Compliance
- Control inventory, stock movement, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with TRIO SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Work with senior management to deliver business targets and improve outlet performance.
Commercial Performance
- Own the outlet's P&L and overall business performance.
- Manage sales, revenue, gross profit, and net profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve profit margins.
- Control labour, food, beverage, wastage, and operating costs.
- Analyze KPIs and improve average spend, transactions, productivity, and profitability.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Café Manager.
- Strong experience managing high-volume, fast-paced dine-in operations.
- Demonstrated responsibility for P&L, sales, and profitability.
- Experience in premium hospitality, specialty coffee, cafés, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of labour cost, food cost, wastage, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Drive-thru and aggregator or delivery channel experience is highly preferred.
- UAE hospitality experience is preferred.

- Excellent people leadership and team-management skills.
- Highly hands-on, accountable, and results-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of the business.
