Job Summary
- Responsible for the overall management and successful operation of an outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and service.
- Ensure compliance with hotel operating procedures, hygiene standards, and health regulations.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and develop outlet team members; conduct regular staff briefings and training.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet business demands while controlling labor costs.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Achieve revenue, profit, and cost control targets; monitor daily sales and prepare operational reports.
- Control expenses, payroll, and inventory levels; maximize sales through upselling and promotions.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate with Marketing Department to develop promotions and special events.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- At least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant, lounge, bar, or lifestyle dining concept.
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality is preferred.
