We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Outlet Manager to take full responsibility of our coffee shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Full in-charge of daily coffee shop operations
- Drive sales growth and improve customer experience
- Manage staff, schedules, and service quality
- Ensure smooth and efficient outlet performance
Requirements
- Experience in coffee shop / café / F&B outlet management
- Strong leadership and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to handle operations independently
- Must have own visa
Compensation
- Salary based on sales performance (percentage-based structure)

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
