Job Summary

We are looking for an **energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager** to oversee the daily operations of **All Day Dining and the Lobby Lounge**.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining service and quality standards, and delivering a **consistent and engaging guest experience** across both outlets.

The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, particularly during peak periods, while driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with **minimum 4 years’ experience** in Food & Beverage, **including at least 1–2 years in a similar role**
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field with **minimum 2 years’ relevant experience**

Core Responsibilities** **Managing Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of All Day Dining and Lobby Lounge
  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained
  • Support operations on the floor during peak service periods
  • Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs
  • Leading the Team
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a **young and dynamic team**
  • Act as a role model, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to enhance performance
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

Guest Experience

  • Deliver a **warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience**
  • Monitor guest feedback and handle concerns professionally
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service quality
  • Be present on the floor and actively engage with guests

People & Performance

  • Set clear expectations and monitor performance
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and recognition

  • Support cost control, inventory, and operational organization
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Contribute to overall outlet performance and continuous improvement
