Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Door to Door Sales Representative based in Dubai.
- The role involves reaching out to potential customers, showcasing and promoting product offerings, and closing sales transactions.
- Responsibilities include maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s product range, effectively communicating product benefits to customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The representative will work directly with clients, provide feedback to the sales team, and may assist in training and mentoring team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience in customer Training and the ability to share product knowledge with others.
- Familiarity or prior experience in the Beauty Industry or related sectors is an advantage.
- Highly self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently on site.
- Prior experience in door to door or direct sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial to cater to Dubai’s diverse clientele.
