- Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, cold calling, and networking
- Visit corporate offices, retail outlets, contractors, architects, consultants, and construction sites to identify potential projects
- Promote the company's interior fit out and furniture solutions to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and fit out solutions
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to convert inquiries into sales
- Negotiate prices and contract terms while maintaining company profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure timely project execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitors, pricing trends, and new business opportunities
