Responsibilities
- Explore new products and alternatives
- Conduct market surveys for projects and search for new clients
- Interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities
- Prepare presentations and documents before visiting clients and consultants
- Promote products and get the company in the nominated list of clients/consultants
- Follow up inquiries, demands, and competition to get jobs awarded
- Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms
- Send acknowledgment/regret letters upon receiving LPO/Contracts
- Prepare fabrication delivery orders and invoices and obtain client approval
- Follow up receivables and ensure collections on time
- Prepare visit reports and report to management on all jobs
- Prepare annual sales plan for the company
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Russian, and Arabic
- 5 years of experience in building materials in UAE
- Strong personality and ability to work under pressure
- UAE driving license
- Available immediately
- High school or equivalent
- 2 years of sales experience
- 2 years of trading materials experience

Job Overview
- We are looking for an OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE for Trading Company
Main Job Responsibilities
- Explore new products and alternatives.
- Do market survey for all projects and search for new clients.
- Directly interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities.
- Prepare presentation and necessary documents before visiting the clients and consultants.
- Promote products and get the company in the nominated list of the client / consultant.

- Report to the management completed reports of all jobs, under follow up, tender stage, secured jobs and forecasting.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi / Russian and Arabic
- Experience of 5 years in building material in UAE.
- Strong Personality and able to work under pressure.
- Having UAE driving license.
- Available immediately.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Trading materials: 2 years (Required)
Pay and Contract
- Pay: From AED1.00 per month
- Job Types: Full time, Contract
- Contract length: 24 months
