Role Description

  • The Outdoor Sales Representative role is an on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • In this role, the representative will actively prospect and meet with potential clients in the field, present company products and services, and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Daily responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals while meeting assigned sales targets.
  • The representative will also gather market feedback, report on sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • This position requires regular travel within the region to visit clients, attend industry events, and represent Flylight Group in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in electronics, telecom, or related sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of telecom solutions, connectivity products, or digital services is highly beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Dubai and surrounding areas.
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
