Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Du Home and Business services through outdoor field activities.
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline within your assigned territory.
  • Effectively present Du's product portfolio, highlighting benefits and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ask insightful questions to deeply understand customer requirements and challenges.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Du services to existing and new customers.
  • Qualify all incoming sales leads, manage the sales process, and initiate face-to-face appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using our systems.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team revenue targets set by the company.

What We Require

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and close sales effectively.
  • A target-driven mindset with a demonstrable history of achieving sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • **Minimum 1-2 years of direct outdoor sales experience working for du or Etisalat Channel Partner.**
  • (This is highly advantageous).
  • Good knowledge of Du's Home and Business products and services.
