Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers
- Promote and sell the company's services
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Update customer information and sales activities in the company database
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of outdoor sales experience
- Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of the local market and business environment is an advantage
