Core Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting:** Proactively finding new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- **Sales Process Management:** Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- **Presentations & Negotiations:** Delivering compelling product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve profitable deals.
- **Relationship Management:** Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- **Goal Achievement:** Working toward and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Reporting & CRM Usage:** Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with accurate data and reporting on sales performance.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
- **Goal-Oriented:** A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the product/services and the competitive landscape
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
