Role overview
Generate new business opportunities and projects in the facilities management industry.
Promote and sell cleaning, maintenance, AC services, and other building support services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, procurement teams, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Visit potential clients and properties to understand requirements and identify service opportunities.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service offers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and client inquiries.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with operations on the handover of new contracts.
- Support customer satisfaction and contract renewal.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
Requirements
