Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote and sell automotive spare parts for commercial vehicles and passenger cars
- Identify new business opportunities and build/maintain strong client relationships
- Provide product information, technical guidance, and aftersales follow up
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, process orders, and coordinate with parts and logistics teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve targets in field or outdoor sales
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts, preferably for commercial vehicles and passenger cars
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and plan routes and customer visits
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital tools for reporting
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the UAE
- Previous experience in automotive spare parts sales or related roles in the UAE market is highly preferred
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, automotive engineering, or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for an Outdoor Sales Executive – Spare Parts.
- The role involves visiting existing and potential customers to promote and sell automotive spare parts for commercial vehicles and passenger cars.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide product information, technical guidance, and aftersales follow up.
- Daily tasks include preparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, processing orders, coordinating with parts and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
