- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Visit and engage with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, interior designers, and project clients
- Promote and sell lighting products, solutions, and project based offerings
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up on inquiries, project opportunities, and payment collections
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records
Requirements
- 3–8 years of sales experience in the UAE market
- Mandatory experience in the Lighting Industry
- Strong knowledge of lighting products, project sales, and UAE market dynamics
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and project clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
