Top Performance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Outdoor Sales Executive

with strong experience in the automotive aftermarket and performance industry.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about vehicles, performance upgrades, 4x4 accessories, tuning, and customer relationship management.

This role requires an individual who can actively generate sales, build strong client networks, and promote automotive performance products and services to workshops, garages, corporate clients, and individual customers across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outdoor sales visits to workshops, garages, auto service centers, fleet companies, and potential clients
  • Promote and sell automotive aftermarket products, performance parts, tuning solutions, and 4x4 accessories
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the automotive industry
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales inquiries
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements
  • Stay updated with automotive market trends, competitor activities, and new performance products
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and automotive gatherings

Requirements

  • -Proven experience in outdoor sales within:
  • Automotive aftermarket industry
  • Performance parts industry
  • Car modification/tuning industry
  • 4x4 accessories industry
  • Automotive workshop or garage environment
  • -Strong knowledge of automotive performance products, vehicle accessories, suspension, tuning, or off-road upgrades
  • -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • -Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • -Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
  • -Qatar-based candidates with valid QID are preferred
  • -Arabic speaking is an advantage
