- Open new B2B salon accounts and maintain existing client relationships
- Distribute brochures and samples to generate leads
- Submit quotations and conduct product demonstrations
- Educate clients about salon product range and close sales
- Follow up with clients and maintain a sales log/database
- Meet sales targets and support overall business growth
- Demonstrate advanced skills in nail and lash trends
- Train salon technicians on techniques, hygiene, and product use
- Provide ongoing support and quality assurance in salon performance
- Perform nail services (acrylic, gel, etc.) and lash treatments (extensions, lifting, tinting, etc.)
- Maintain equipment and manage inventory
- Enforce salon hygiene, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid Qatar driving license and own car
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and training experience in the beauty industry
- Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Preferably a licensed cosmetologist
- Strong communication, teaching, and artistic skills
