Responsibilities
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts to existing and potential customers
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to garages, workshops, auto spare parts dealers, and fleet companies
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field marketing and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Develop partnerships with automotive service centers and commercial vehicle operators
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and automotive industry events
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own car (car allowance will be provided)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Previous experience in auto spare parts sales or related field preferred
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle components
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Job Description

- The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a passion for the automotive industry.
