- Visit customers and potential clients to promote company products and services

- Present products, explain features, and provide product demonstrations when required
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders
- Collect market information and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with the office team regarding customer requirements and deliveries
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required
