Responsibilities
- Promote and sell laboratory products and diagnostic solutions to healthcare facilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, laboratory managers, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training when required
- Negotiate pricing and follow up on customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in laboratory products, medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare products in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own car is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, diagnostic products, or consumables is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview
