Role Overview
Outbound Sales Representative role focused on new business growth through proactive outreach, cold calling, and lead generation.
The role involves presenting services and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients daily.
- Conduct cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads.
- Identify decision-makers and initiate first contact.
- Present company services clearly and confidently.
- Book qualified discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with outreach activities.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
Performance Indicators
Performance is measured by outbound calls, qualified meetings booked, new leads generated, and outreach-to-meeting conversion rate.
The role contributes to new revenue opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence, energy, and comfort speaking with new people.
- Persistence and resilience when handling rejection.
- Target-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Outbound sales, telesales, or cold-calling experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Excellent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
