1. Key Responsibilities & Job Content

  • · Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow.
  • · Monitor inventory accuracy through daily stock verification and cycle counting.
  • · Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
  • · Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain inventory traceability.
  • · Process warehouse transactions accurately in SAP (MM/WMS).
  • · Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
  • · Verify customer orders and coordinate dispatch as per delivery schedule.
  • · Monitor material picking and ensure correct material is dispatched.
  • · Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams.
  • · Ensure timely GRN, stock posting and inventory reconciliation.
  • · Maintain warehouse layout, storage locations and material identification.
  • · Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, ISO procedures and company policies.
  • · Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
  • · Ensure safe material handling practices and compliance with EHS requirements.
  • · Supervise contract labour and optimize manpower utilization.
  • · Support internal and external audits by maintaining required records.
  • · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Professional Skills – Essential

  • Minimum 3 to 4 year Experience with
  • Qualification : Any bachelor's degree in mechanical / postgraduates in Any
  • Warehouse Operations Management
  • Inventory Control & Stock Reconciliation
  • SAP MM / Warehouse Management System
  • Material Handling & Storage
  • FIFO / FEFO Management
  • MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Documentation & Record Management
  • Warehouse Safety & 5S
  • Knowledge of Import / Export Documentation
  • MS Excel & Computer Applications
