Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety standards, lead Delivery Associates, and manage last-mile delivery operations.
• Monitor on-the-road performance, delivery quality, customer experience, and on-time performance.
• Resolve routing, dispatch, and delivery challenges, improve OTR processes, and reduce delivery defects.
• Share best practices and coordinate vendor and external-contractor onboarding.
• Manage incentives, uniform audits and inventory, DSP communications, escalations, delivery-station callouts, and Day 0 attendance.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays, for 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
• Fluent spoken, written, and read English and Arabic.
• Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and a wide range of stakeholders.
• Relevant experience using data analytics and metrics to identify problems.

Preferred Qualification

• At least one year of Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
