Description

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to join its delivery stations.

Delivery station teams stow deliveries, pick products, package orders, and ship them to customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Promote team safety and Amazon Health and Safety standards.
  • Lead cross-functional operational problem solving and maintain process quality.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and improve station processes.
  • Manage OTR metrics, on-ground process compliance, and vehicle safety audits.
  • Facilitate external contractor onboarding and manage related incentives, uniforms, and inventory.
  • Analyze OTR challenges with delivery service partners and stakeholders and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate daily communications, escalations, callouts, and day-zero attendance.
  • Improve delivery service partner and driver experience through feedback and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
  • At least 1 year of Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk during shifts of up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Fluent spoken, written, and read English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering group training and creating communications or training materials.
  • Experience with data analytics, data warehouse reporting, and query design.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Experience improving, automating, standardizing, or simplifying business tools and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, logistics, Urban Design, or Management Information Systems.
