Basic Requirements (R – required, P – preferred):
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (R)
· 3+ years of experience in OTC, AR, billing, or accounting within a multinational environment (R)
· Experience in Shared Service Center/GBS environment (R)
· Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, or financial reporting (R)
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, AR processes, and end-to-end OTC cycle (R)
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (R)
· Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (R)
· Advanced ability to work with customer portals, e‐invoicing tools, and government platforms (R)
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive corrective actions (R)
· Knowledge of EDI/SBI flows and related controls (R)
· Strong command of English in both written and spoken form (R)
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills (R)
· High accuracy, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently (R)
· Strong problem‐solving skills with ability to lead root cause analysis, implement improvements (R)
· Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and operational pressures (R)
· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (R)
· Ability to mentor junior team members and support team capability development (R)
