OTC Sr POP Analyst

• Lead and strategically manage the assigned client portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, and proactive issue prevention.
• Drive timely and high‐quality execution of tasks, monitoring progress, maintaining transparent status reporting, and addressing risks before they impact operations.
• Identify, lead, and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimization, resolving complex operational issues with minimal oversight..
• Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs, ensuring cross-functional alignment, compliance with governance standards, and consistent adoption across the team.

• Uphold and promote Versigent values, ethics, confidentiality standards, and governance principles, acting as a role model for operational integrity and compliance.
• Provide audit‐ready, accurate, and timely information to internal and external auditors, ensuring full transparency of processes and supporting effective audit outcomes.
• Proactively escalate high‐impact, cross‐functional, or out‐of‐scope issues, driving timely resolutions, mitigating operational risks, and advising leadership on preventive measures.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and other Versigent teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless process flow.
• Communicate clearly and proactively regarding status, blockers, and next steps, maintaining strong working relationships; escalate matters exceeding role responsibilities to the Team Leader in a timely manner.
• Participate in cross‐training activities to ensure adequate coverage during colleagues’ absences and support business continuity.
• Execute tasks and instructions assigned by the Team Leader, ensuring high‐quality delivery and adherence to operational standards.

• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, proactively sharing insights and recommendations with the Team Leader and driving the implementation of approved changes.
• Support and co‐lead operational and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the OTC process.
• Actively develop advanced expertise across pricing and the full OTC flow, contributing to training sessions, knowledge exchange, and cross-functional capability building.
• Provide expert-level support to the team, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and onboarding new team members to ensure consistent process understanding and high performance.

Basic Requirements (R – required, P – preferred):

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (R)

· 3+ years of experience in OTC, AR, billing, or accounting within a multinational environment (R)

· Experience in Shared Service Center/GBS environment (R)

· Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, or financial reporting (R)

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, AR processes, and end-to-end OTC cycle (R)

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (R)

· Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (R)

· Advanced ability to work with customer portals, e‐invoicing tools, and government platforms (R)

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive corrective actions (R)

· Knowledge of EDI/SBI flows and related controls (R)

· Strong command of English in both written and spoken form (R)

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills (R)

· High accuracy, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently (R)

· Strong problem‐solving skills with ability to lead root cause analysis, implement improvements (R)

· Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and operational pressures (R)
