Responsibilities
- Develop Industrial Cybersecurity Operational Models aligned with NIST and IEC 62443
- Design and maintain Industrial Cybersecurity Capability Model for risk management and compliance
- Create and validate OT Cybersecurity Resource Requirement Models including FTE estimation
- Define and enforce physical security requirements for industrial control systems
- Lead gap and risk assessments on ongoing projects
- Research and promote AI best practices in Industrial Cybersecurity
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, OT, physical security, compliance)
- Conduct cybersecurity workshops and coordinate stakeholders
- Generate documents, drawings, and reports for cybersecurity deliverables
- Interface with OEMs and different disciplines
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or OT cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems and industrial network protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC)
- Experience developing capability maturity models, operational frameworks, and RACI matrices
- Knowledge of physical security principles for ICS/OT environments

Purpose
- For assessment, engineering and implementation of OT Cybersecurity Solutions and services to achieve 100% compliance with clients’ requirements and specifications.
- The ideal candidate will design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for industrial environments (OT/ICS), including operational models, capability frameworks, resource estimations, and integration of AI and automation.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Develop Industrial Cybersecurity Operational Models aligned with NIST and IEC 62443.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive Industrial Cybersecurity Capability Model.
- Create and validate OT Cybersecurity Resource Requirement Models.
- Define and enforce physical security requirements for industrial control systems.
- Lead and perform gap and risk assessments on various projects.
- Research, document, and promote AI best practices in Industrial Cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, OT, physical security, compliance).
- Conduct cybersecurity workshops and coordinate stakeholders.
- Generate documents, drawings, and reports for cybersecurity deliverables.
- Interface with OEMs and different disciplines.
- Participate in training and development of assigned UAE national employees.
- Work with business integration lead to identify technological requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or OT cybersecurity, ideally in critical infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, industrial network protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC), and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800 82, NERC CIP).
- Experience developing capability maturity models, operational frameworks, and RACI matrices.
- Proven ability to estimate and model cybersecurity staffing (FTE) requirements in complex OT environments.
- Knowledge of physical security principles related to ICS/OT environments.
