Role Overview
Hands-on OT Cybersecurity Engineer responsible for securing customer Battery Energy Storage Systems and critical infrastructure.
The role aligns cybersecurity implementation with IEC 62443 standards and product architecture requirements.
IEC 62443 and Compliance
- Map, design, implement, and validate controls aligned with IEC 62443-3-3, 4-1, and 4-2.
- Perform security architecture reviews and threat assessments.
- Develop security documentation, control mappings, and compliance evidence.
- Support internal and external cybersecurity audits.
Security Tooling and Hardening
- Configure Authentik IAM with RADIUS, LDAP, and SAML integrations.
- Build centralized event logging with Rsyslog and Wazuh.
- Conduct OT-safe vulnerability assessments using Tenable and Wazuh.
- Configure Bacula backup policies in internal DMZ and OT zones.
- Harden Ubuntu, Docker, container networks, and physical network devices using CIS Benchmarks and vendor practices.
OT Security Operations
- Work with MQTT, Modbus, and ZMQ OT protocols.
