- Capability in Leadership Development including facilitating leadership programs, coaching managers, and supporting succession planning
- Excellent Analytical Skills with ability to interpret data and recommend evidence based solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar organizational development or HR business partner role
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with hybrid work and digital collaboration tools

Role Description
