- Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives

- Design and implement talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze organizational performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance company culture and employee experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of change management, organizational design, and employee development practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
