- Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management frameworks

- Analyze workforce metrics and provide data driven recommendations
- Lead employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management initiatives
- Develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and leadership development programs

- Support business transformation, restructuring, and growth initiatives

Requirements
- Experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading change management and transformation initiatives
- Ability to influence senior leadership and cross functional teams
- CIPD, SHRM, Organizational Development, or related certifications are advantageous
