About the Role
GEFI seeks an Organizational Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead OD initiatives, design talent and leadership development programs, drive change management, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Lead organizational development initiatives that support business strategy and long term growth.
- Design and implement talent development, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, change management, and culture transformation.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions that enhance performance.
- Facilitate employee engagement, performance management, and learning initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
- Analyze workforce data and organizational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and business transformation projects.
- Coach leaders and managers on change management, leadership effectiveness, and team development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of organizational development and change management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development and employee engagement programs
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and workforce development strategies
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and organizational interventions
- Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Passion for developing people, building culture, and driving organizational success
