Role Description

  • Lead organizational development initiatives that support business strategy and long term growth.
  • Design and implement talent development, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, change management, and culture transformation.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions that enhance performance.
  • Facilitate employee engagement, performance management, and learning initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategies that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Analyze workforce data and organizational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and business transformation projects.
  • Coach leaders and managers on change management, leadership effectiveness, and team development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and change management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and workforce development strategies.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and organizational interventions.
  • Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Passion for developing people, building culture, and driving organizational success.
