Organizational Development MANAGER

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Organizational Development Manager to drive initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability, and workplace culture.

The role involves assessing organizational needs, developing people and organizational strategies, supporting organizational change, designing talent and leadership development initiatives, analyzing employee insights, and partnering with business leaders to improve performance and collaboration.

The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding with expertise in organizational development and a passion for building high-performing organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Knowledge of leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret organizational and employee data.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Proactive, adaptable, commercially aware, and committed to continuous organizational improvement.
