Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Organization Change Manager (OCM) to lead and deliver change management initiatives across large, complex transformation programs.

The role is critical in ensuring successful adoption of business, technology, and operating model changes by embedding change strategies that drive sustained outcomes for our clients.

As a key member of the consulting team, the Organization Change Manager will partner closely with business leaders, program sponsors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to manage the people side of change—ensuring transitions are well planned, communicated, and effectively adopted.
