The Organizational Change Analyst supports organizational change management efforts at Swire Coca-Cola that help employees successfully adopt new processes, systems, technologies, and ways of working.
This role is designed for someone with foundational exposure to change management, whether through formal OCM ( Organizational Change Management ) work, project support, training coordination, communications, stakeholder engagement, or employee readiness activities.
