Org Performance Leader/Program Owner

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Develop and Maintain Program Documentation: Create, update, and manage program documents, procedures, and materials. Prepare and present training to station personnel as necessary or requested. • Promote Continuous Improvement: Mentor station personnel on established program guidance to foster a culture of procedural use and adherence, and continuous improvement. • Monitor and Enhance Program Health: Periodically assess program health and identify opportunities to develop and improve program tools and methodologies. • Technical and Program Management Support: Provide technical and program management support to line organizations and the leadership team as needed. • Industry Representation: Serve as the station representative for the program to regulatory and industry organizations such as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), and Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), as well as other industry organizations, working groups, and committees. • Regulatory Compliance and Industry Guidance: Monitor, review, evaluate, and apply industry guidance and regulations to program documents, revise as necessary. • Assessment and Evaluation: Facilitate, practice, support, lead division assessments, station assessments, INPO evaluations, and NRC inspections.

Education and Experience

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• o Planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate, coordinate, and engage at all levels of the organization as well as industry organizations. o Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to analyze, develop, and communicate complex organizational topics and performance metrics. o Proficient in modern computer operating systems and office software (certifications preferred) with the ability to develop and update performance reports, metrics, and presentations that include written, tabular, and visual components. o The desire and capability to rapidly and independently learn new skills, knowledge, and abilities as needed to support performance improvement and innovation.
• Licenses, Certifications, and/or Testing: Successful candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Working Conditions: The primary work location is an office environment located at a nuclear power generating station. Depending on other assigned duties, it may occasionally include an industrial environment with varying conditions including temperature, humidity, noise, and weather as well as industrial equipment and radiological hazards. Partial remote work is available per the company policy and by leadership discretion. Occasional local travel to other company locations and domestic travel to attend industry events and support other generating stations is expected.
