Lines Contracting LLC seeks an Orders & Operations Coordinator to manage order flow from inquiry to delivery. The role coordinates between customers, sales, design, production, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
- Receive and confirm customer orders via WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, B2B sales, or internal referrals
- Coordinate with B2B sales team on inquiries, orders, samples, and client commitments
- Brief design team with references, logo files, dimensions, colors, deadlines, and production requirements
- Share approved orders with kitchen/production team and follow up on readiness and quality
- Coordinate with suppliers for packaging, ingredients, and raw materials
- Arrange delivery, confirm address and timing, and handle delivery issues
- Maintain order tracker with customer details, order value, design status, approvals, production status, packaging, payment, supplier status, and delivery status
- Escalate delays, missing files, material shortages, quality issues, or delivery risks to management
Requirements
- 1 3 years in order coordination, sales coordination, customer service, operations, hospitality, F&B, bakery, pastry, chocolate, catering, design coordination, or luxury retail
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and order tracking tools
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience with B2B, hotel, restaurant, corporate, branded, or event orders is an advantage

Role Summary
- The Orders & Operations Coordinator manages Reverie's order flow from inquiry to delivery. The role acts as the central link between customers, the B2B sales team, design team, kitchen/production, suppliers, packaging, and delivery partners to ensure every order is clear, approved, tracked, produced
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Orders: Receive and confirm orders via WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, B2B sales, or internal referrals. Collect product, quantity, design, dimensions, packaging, delivery, contact, payment, and special requirements.
- B2B Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the B2B sales team on new inquiries, confirmed orders, samples, recurring client orders, seasonal projects, approvals, timelines, and client commitments.
- Design Coordination: Brief the design team with complete references, logo files, wording, dimensions, colors, deadlines, and production requirements. Track mockups, revisions, and approvals before production.
- Kitchen / Production: Share approved orders clearly with the kitchen/production team. Follow up on readiness, priorities, urgent orders, shortages, quality concerns, and final order accuracy.
- Suppliers & Packaging: Coordinate with suppliers for packaging, ingredients, printed items, raw materials, and special requirements. Follow up on quotations, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Delivery & Dispatch: Arrange delivery, confirm address and timing, coordinate pickup, ensure orders are packed and ready, follow up until delivery is completed, and handle delivery issues professionally.
- Tracking & Documentation: Maintain the order tracker with customer/B2B details, order value, design status, approvals, production status, packaging, payment, supplier status, and delivery status.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate delays, missing files, unclear briefs, material shortages, quality issues, customer complaints, or delivery risks early to management and relevant teams.
