Role Description

  • We are seeking an Order Tracking Specialist to monitor and coordinate the end to end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking customer orders, monitoring shipment status, verifying inventory availability, coordinating dispatch schedules, and communicating with couriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams regarding delivery progress
  • Investigating delivery exceptions, resolving order discrepancies, coordinating replacement shipments when necessary, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the fulfillment process
  • Maintaining accurate order records, updating order management systems, preparing shipment and delivery reports, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and analyzing order fulfillment performance
  • Identifying recurring operational issues, recommending process improvements, and supporting initiatives that enhance delivery accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to support promotional campaigns, peak sales periods, and business growth initiatives by ensuring fulfillment operations remain efficient and responsive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, E commerce, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of order management, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of order processing, shipment tracking, transportation coordination, delivery scheduling, and reverse logistics
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, or equivalent business systems
  • Understanding of courier operations, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and delivery management procedures
  • Ability to monitor order status, investigate shipment issues, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with inventory reconciliation, stock availability monitoring, and order fulfillment workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across warehouse, logistics, customer service, sales, procurement, and production teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
  • Ability to prepare order status reports, shipment summaries, operational documentation, and performance analyses
